Friday, September 3rd
·         5:00                        Arrive and change into Uniform
·         5:30                        In Seats
·         5:45                        Comment Box
·         6:00                        Depart FMHS
·         6:30                        Arrive at Cypress Lake High School
·         7:30                        Kick-off
·         10:15                     Students should be picked up.  (The exact time is determined by the length of the game)
 
Saturday, September 4th
·         10:00 – 2:00        Sams Car Wash – Earn money for your fair share account by working the car wash.  Sign-up sheets are posted on the booster board in the back of the band room.
 
WATER DONATIONS NEEDED
 
Our theme this season is HYDRATION.  To help the boosters save funds, we are requested donations of cases of water.  The water can be stored in Mr. Dahlberg’s office.  Each marching band student will receive one bottle of water at each game.  They will then refill the bottle using the water jugs provided.  The student may drink as much water as they desire (they should hydrate every 15 minutes while in the stands) throughout the game.  We have 133 students in our marching band. 
 
ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS 2010
 
What:  This incredible coupon book saves you money at fine and not so fine dining restaurants.  In addition, there
are 50% off coupons for sport events, arts events, car rentals, cruise and airlines, hotels…you name it…it is
there.
Who Sells:  You can check our books through Mr. Dahlberg and sell for your FAIR SHARE account.  You will receive
50% of the profits in your individual account.
­Due Date:  September 30th or as you sell.  Place money in a labeled envelope and place in Mr. Dahlberg’s hands.
Reward:               Top Captain – $25.00 cash
                                Top Seller:  $5.00 cash per book sold
                                Step-Up Prize:  For every 5 books sold, name is entered for a chance to win $50.00 cash
 
Little Caesars’ Pizza Kits
 
What:                    This brochure fundraiser gives you the opportunity to order various delectable meals from Little Caesars
Who Sells:           You may pick up a brochure outside of Mr. Dahlberg’s office and sell for your FAIR SHARE account.  You will receive 50% of the profits in your individual account.

Pick-Up Date:    Tuesday, September 14th from 1:00 – 2:00 in the band room.

It is through Shutterfly.com.  For the year end video, whoever is making the video can just use photos from this site.  I think it will work well for the whole group.
